Downtown Vacation House

This is the “vacation house” of a Chinese celebrity writer and renowned columnist. His brief to Shishang was to convert his downtown apartment into a social space that can be used as a base to explore the downtown restaurant and nightlife scene and to entertain guests. Major modifications were made including tearing down walls and combining the rooms into a large yet cozy space.
